Terms of use
Last updated September 2026 · Template — review with counsel before production use.
These terms govern your use of 3f3, an internal team-chat platform made available to you by your employer under a licence. They are a template and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
1. Accounts
Accounts are provisioned by your company administrator or the platform operator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and second factors secure and for activity under your account. Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect compromise.
2. Acceptable use
- Use 3f3 only for lawful, work-related communication permitted by your company's policies.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to breach tenant isolation, or probe the service's security without written authorisation.
- Do not use the service to harass others or to store content you have no right to hold.
3. Licensing
Access depends on a valid licence held by your company. When a licence expires or is revoked, sign-in and messaging are disabled for all of the company's users. Existing data is retained and becomes accessible again once the licence is renewed.
4. Content ownership
Content you submit remains the property of your company (or its original rights-holder). The platform operator claims no ownership and processes content solely to provide the service.
5. Availability & changes
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. Material changes to these terms will be surfaced in-app for acceptance.
6. Termination
Your company or the platform operator may suspend or deactivate your account for breach of these terms or at the company's direction. You may request erasure of your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & data.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms should go to your company administrator, who can escalate to the platform operator.
